Took my Chrysler 300 in for its scheduled maintenance as always. It was very busy for 8am so I expected a wait. The service department is very popular and stays busy, so I bring reading material. The technicians always do a good job on my vehicles and that is why I bring them to Allen Samuels dealership to get all my service and repairs done. Always have, always will. I don't go in expecting to be done in 10 minutes. I go in expecting my vehicles be serviced correctly, and they are. They do their best to get clients in and out as fast as humanly possible. Very disappointing experience. We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure ligh We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure light came on. When we brought it back, we were told it needed nearly $2,400 in repairs. When we asked for copies of the diagnostics and technician notes to understand what changed, we were told there was “no point” in providing them. Lack of transparency and poor communication. I would not recommend this service department. More

Picked up my vehicle from having a recall repair made drove it to Bank and check engine light came on. I called Samatha in service and she said to bring it back by and they would get it checked out. I e drove it to Bank and check engine light came on. I called Samatha in service and she said to bring it back by and they would get it checked out. I ended up leaving overnight. She called me next day and said they belive they had it taken care of. They think may have been an air bubble in fuel system from replacing the high pressure pump that had been the reason for the recall. They did get it taken care of and Im happy. More
