the dealership is great. Great staff and quick to assess and return with options. I do think the cost is a little high compared to other service depts. The service agent I had was so awesome and sweet and she even did a wash for me. However , I'm thankful it was at no charge cause it was more of a rinse and dirt was still on my tailgate and side steps and doors! The windshield was clean !! I mentioned to driver(that brought my vehicle to me) and no comment so I didn't pursue the issue since I wasn't charged but at least I know NOT to get truck washed there! LOL My service lady was the nicest and so sweet and the driver Mr. Joe is awesome too. More

I was in from out of town and had to have my jeep towed in overnight. The service department was able to fix my car that day so that I could get home.
