Although I've been an unmuzzled critic of the dealership in the past due to your fixation on accruing Top Dealer awards at any cost to your employees (specifically, laying blame on underlings rather than su in the past due to your fixation on accruing Top Dealer awards at any cost to your employees (specifically, laying blame on underlings rather than superiors rightfully to blame), as always, I am nothing but truthful in praising those that deserve it. Such is the case with my Service Writer, Collin.
