Don't bother making an appointment for service. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online with the service manager several days ahead who confirmed my appointment for 9am Saturday. I arrived at the dealer at about ten minutes before 9. I didn't want to be late because I had so many other things to do that day after I got my service done. I ended up sitting in the showroom talking to a very nice salesman about the new Jeep Gladiator Pickup that was not yet at the dealers to view. I looked down at my phone to check the time and realized that it was 10:45. So I excused myself and went back into the service department thinking that surely they would be done by now. To my surprise they hadn't even started yet. I was not happy when I found out that there was still one or two vehicles in front of mine still needing service. I thought to myself, why did I even bother making an appointment? When they finally got done with my vehicle at 12:05 they tried to charge me over $80 even though I had given them a coupon for $24 when I first arrived. Okay so that took another 15 minutes to sort out but they did end up excepting my coupon and sent me on my way. At that time it was about 12:30 and so many of the things that I wanted to do that day I didn't have the time to do anymore. I felt like my whole day was wasted at the dealer trying to get a simple oil change done. Thank you so much Allen Samuels for wasting 3 and half hours of my time on a job that I had an appointment for that should have only taken about 20-30 minutes. More
