2 hour oil change Made same day appointment to get my oil change, which I was very happy about. I showed up 20-25 minutes early to fill out paperwork and perform walk a Made same day appointment to get my oil change, which I was very happy about. I showed up 20-25 minutes early to fill out paperwork and perform walk around of vehicle. It took them 2hours to perform a simple oil change on my vehicle and when I asked about it the employee did not even go to the garage area but instead went to the parts department and chatted with his Co-worker. Once my vehicle was finally pulled out it took another 20 minutes for them to get my paperwork together for my signature. Definitely not worth the free oil change will not be back. More
