service mark up ive only used this service center for warranty oil changes (possibly a recall). wonderful people to deal with. this last visit was for knocking in fro ive only used this service center for warranty oil changes (possibly a recall). wonderful people to deal with. this last visit was for knocking in front end of my 2015 Silverado. The gentleman I dealt with and drove around the parking lot so he could hear was pleasant as well. he did say it would be $55 and change to fix since it wasn't under warranty. I said fine and let them have her. almost 2 hours later I picked it up and showed the gentleman doing my paperwork that it was still under warranty and he made a copy of it and I left. I went down the road and thought I heard a little knock again but wasn't sure (had music up and had to be somewhere soon). the next day I was driving around and got really pissed! the knocking was worse than when I dropped it off! he said all they needed to do was torque some bolts most likely. he mentioned on the drive around that he possibly would need two techs with a laptop to drive around to do a diagnostic something or other. It seems to me that he was making it to where id have to bring it back so he could charge me more since he thought it was out of warranty. More

I broke down about 20 miles north of the delaership, and when I called to request a tow, the lady told me that they do not offer towing services. It then took them a few days to get me a price, but they still couldn't explain what they were charging me for. When I requested an official diagnosis and quote, they sent only the quote, which was typed up on a blank Word document rather than on an official letterhead. I paid them the money they charged me to tear my engine apart and took my truck to another dealer. More

Oil Change Service rep was great... in fact he told me that my vehicle was eligible for a few free oil changes. But the service desk hooked me up with one of my free services, and provided me with good details of my upcoming maintenance plan. More
