This dealership is great at selling vehicles, but I was let down entirely for my first service. When my first service was complete my vehicle came out with only 3 lug nuts on the driver side front whee let down entirely for my first service. My appointment time was changed by the service department at 4:45pm the evening prior to the day of appointment, changing it from 1:30pm to 7:30am. I arrived 5 minutes early at 7:25am. The service department was late opening, opening at 7:49am. I didnt have my vehicle checked in unto 8:10am. During the check-in process, I explained the issues my vehicle has been having. The individual inputting my information incorrectly entered the descriptions of what issues my vehicle is having. This was discovered when the information was read back to me. I'm not sure if the information and description of issues was entered incorrectly due to intention of diminishing the severity of the issues the vehicle is having, or simply incompetence. Either is unacceptable. I took my vehicle in for its first service. The offer was sent to my email that the first service was on them, and included and oil change, diesel exhaust fluid fill, a tire rotation, and multi-point vehicle inspection. I verified over the phone that all of this work would be performed. When I picked up my vehicle, I verified the work that was performed. I was told that the tire rotation wasnt performed and didn't apply to my dually because it was a lot of work, expensive, and most people just don't get it done. After showing MICHELLE the email and explaining that I was told over the phone that it would be performed, the service was repeatedly refused. I asked if the rest of the service would be performed, and MICHELLE told me that the oil change was completed, the diesel exhaust fluid was filled, and the multi point inspection was performed. When I got in my vehicle to leave, I checked the diesel exhaust fluid and it was not filled. Whether MICHELLE lied, was misinformes, or had zero clue as to what was actually done to my vehicle, all are unacceptable. Also, unrelated to the service department - telling your customers to give you a 5-star rating so that you dont lose you bonus is a bad look. Just do your job so that your customers naturally want to give you a 5-star rating. More
