First oil change. I came for first oil change for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Service writer was very nice and friendly. We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a c The service provided by Allen Turner Chevrolet ws outstanding. We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a continued vibration at 75 to 80 miles an hour. The service manager drove the truck and confirmed the vibration. A tire rotation and balance was done, along with a road tolerance test. The tires turned out to be fine. So a computer test was done for vibration and determined it needed a reset. The truck drives better than it has since we've owned it. Thank you for your outstanding attention and interest in getting to the bottom of our issue and taking care to fix it. This situation was in regards to my driver side window, it was off the rails in the door and had slid down into the door.
