Best Service Department I have been a loyal customer of Allen Turner Chevrolet for the past 1-1/2 years. Every time I call, I can expect superior service. This situation was in regards to my driver side window, it was off the rails in the door and had slid down into the door. I was able to call the night before drop off and receive a courtesy car within 1 phone call. Mike, Ron, and Bob were awesome to work with and actually made the trip fun. THANK YOU!!!! More

Somewhat disappointed I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it leaked. Which was why it was recalled. They did everything but fix the damage to the interior. It wasn't that bad but it should have been fixed. I was told they ran out of time. Even though it was preplanned and was part of the scheduled appointment. I also dropped my car off at 7:30 am so I wasn't sure why there wasn't time set aside. Now I have to bring my car back in for another visit when I get a day off of work. :/ More

Awesome service . My A/c went out on my car a couple weeks and about 200 miles after I bought it at another dealership. Due to me being lazy I didn't get it to the de . My A/c went out on my car a couple weeks and about 200 miles after I bought it at another dealership. Due to me being lazy I didn't get it to the dealer til almost 7000 miles. I called up a dealership named Preston Hood that was close to my work and told them the situation they told me that they couldn't get me in and that even if they could that gm changed their policy on courtesy loaners and I could not get one unless my car was there for more then 24 hours and if parts needed to be ordered. I knew this wasn't true and called Allen Turner chevy for assistance. They set my appointment for next day and had me a loaner set up to use while they worked on it whether a day or three. Mike the service consultant was awesome. He was super slammed with customer and training a new guy but he was on top of his stuff and kept you informed. After two business days my car was finished and working perfectly. 10 stars all around for these folks there at Allen Turner. I am highly satisfied. More
