Recall My 2014 Chevy Silverado was brought in for a recall item. The recall item was for the airbag system. I also had an airbag warning light that was on. The service can be traced through the Chevrolet service from day 1 to Thrusday, Dec 1, 2016, at Allen Turner. When I got in my car on Dec 1, the right signal light was making the "dink, dink, dink" sound. I needed a bulb!!! I got to Allen Turner around 12:45PM. The Service coordinator was Ron. I told him I had no appointment, a 10 yr old car, & had a "blinker" problem. He said he would see what he could do. I was back home by 1:30PM. Thank you Ron!! For the friendly, helpful, & fast service!!! Also, Thank you to the technician who did the actual repair. I don't know who that was. I have been in Crestview for 3 years, my car has only been to dealers. Allen Turner is on of the top dealers. Have been to Speedway, in Monroe, WA, Reed-Lallier, in Fayettevile, NC, & now to Allen Turner. All the dealers have been excellent. More
