Oil change Scheduled my oil change appointment online for 8:00 am on a Tuesday at the dealership in Crestview, FL. On Monday I got a call from them to remind me. Decent service but too long of a wait Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my car wasn't ready when promised. My appt was for 0930 and my car wasn't finished until 1pm (oil change, multi point inspection and alignment check). When this was Award Chevrolet, I waited no longer than 1.5 hours. When I arrived, there was a recommendation of several services: transmission flush, differential, power steering flush. I had just had the differential done 2 oil changes ago so I was told to disregard that. So now I'm not sure if I really need the recommended services. The quality of work is good, but be prepared to drop your car off as you'll be waiting a long time. More

Therefore, I waited although I plan on going out of state for the holidays. When I got there the next morning, I learned the part did not come in. They blame it on the shipment. I asked for a loner but was told I could not drive the loner that far. Allen Turner Chevrolet left me strained without offering any other solution. They seemed heartless!! I immediately left but 10 minutes later, they called and said the part had just arrive. Really? Unbelievable. I refused to go back and waste my time. This is the 2nd and last time I will allow them to disappoint me!! I will take my business to a company that appreciate their customers. More
