service ok but.. I recently bought a certified vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. After 2 months of driving it some things need to be looked at. I decided a good ti I recently bought a certified vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. After 2 months of driving it some things need to be looked at. I decided a good time to discuss these issues would be when I scheduled my routine service. So when I went to schedule my service and begin to mention what I would like these items to be looked at, I was rudely interrupted with an oh no, thats a mechanic issue and we are way backed up. So when I scheduled 2 weeks out, I asked, could I bring them up then? service technician said yes. So 2 weeks later and I am in for my routine maintenance visit and began to mention the items I would like to be scheduled to look at, I was once again interrupted with a rude no! You have to reschedule those issues! So I mentioned, can you put these in the system so I can be scheduled, once again, no! So my question is, why am I still sitting here with a cerified vehicle that can not be scheduled for the discrepancies I have tried to get scheduled? The answer is quite clear, don't buy local at Allen Turner Chevrolet. More

This visit was better. The first time I came the service was great. I then had a scheduled appointment that was called off due to the service department being behind.
