Last Friday I went to Alan Turner And traded in my car for a 15 Buick encore.. when I left I started having engine issues..huge oil leak in my drive way and my car would completely shut off when I go to for a 15 Buick encore.. when I left I started having engine issues..huge oil leak in my drive way and my car would completely shut off when I go to drive off.. I took my car back up there and told them about it. They took it back and said the valve cover gasket needed changed and the pan had a leak in the sill, and the idol body needed cleaned.. They said they would do the idle body and the leak in the sill for free. But was going to charge me $500. To fix the valve cover gasket. I changed my review that I had given her and told them I wasn't going to pay anything extra.. the sales lady Glenda Droke begged me to change the review and she'd pay for the valve cover. When I get there, i'm handed a receipt that she had only paid a hundred and ninety nine dollars, not five hundred. I go to pick up my car today and the check engine light is on.. we let them know..they turned it off..I then left and just after about an hr of it being parked it, it shut off again when I went to take off, twice. The sales lady did not give me any other opportunity to look at another vehicle. She wanted me and this one I did not care what vehicle i got because i told her the most important thing was that it was a safe vehicle for me and my children... And unfortunately this car is not that. Just call them and let them know, and They're trying to say that I bought it as is, and they're not trying to make this right at all anymore. When I called and spoke to the general manager. He said I bought it as is and if it breaks and half. Then I have 2/2 of a car good luck. More
