Luka and Michelle are very helpful all throughout the process. When I first came to Hyundai, I am very sure that the Black Elantra 2023 is the best pick for me. From that point on I just had a dilemma choosing a car that fits my budget. But my dealers never rushed me into buying cars which I know I wouldn’t like or enjoy. Instead, they guided me as I explore my choices. I almost lost hope because I really want a Dark colored Elantra. But they keep me posted, until this badboy elantra came in. I wanted to say that the staff at Hyundai Allen Turner surprised the wife and I with incredible friendliness/welcome. Our sales agent Jason Diaz was flawless, did not pressure,did not use any lemon lot ta surprised the wife and I with incredible friendliness/welcome. Our sales agent Jason Diaz was flawless, did not pressure,did not use any lemon lot tactics, had great knowledge on the vehicles and trims( salesmen now days, rarely know this info out the top of their heads). All around very pleasant person and easy to talk to. Jami at financial dept was super nice and easy to talk extra coverage packets etc. Also, we had some (price)questions between Hyundai USA vs dealer website; Jason and Manager were very pleasant to address all concerns and work any issues.Overall I highly recommend this dealer if you are avoiding any lemon lot salesmen!
