I called your dealership looking for a 2022 Tucson SEL and I was forwarded to sales representative,Robin D.I asked her the price and how many were left,which were only 4.I told Robin that I stayed one hun and I was forwarded to sales representative,Robin D.I asked her the price and how many were left,which were only 4.I told Robin that I stayed one hundred miles away,but my son and I could be over there in the morning.So early the next morning Robin texted about our ETA,and I responded.A third of the way into our trip Robin called and said there's only one Tucson left out of four.It was the one I wanted.But Robin did something I have never seen a sales person do,and I'm 65 years old.She held that SUV for me.Of course I had to put a down payment on it in the car,via credit card,even though two other people were looking at the SUV at the same time.A sales person just doesn't do that you all,but she did.Of course Kim D.,Robin's sales manager had to okay this,so I want to thank her also.Jami B.,the finace manager shocked me by dropping my monthly payments a lot lower than Robin told me it would initially be.Robin has also checked on me THREE times since I purchased my vehicle.That's exemplary.
