He went out of his way and called a friend to try to get some advice to help me with the situation. I called him several times for help and then I was referred to the service department. MORGAN RAINE In the service department helped with that process of trying to determine what the issues were with the head unit. She spent about 2 hours with the technician trying to remedy the problem. . It took almost 2 months to get the part in but little time to install it. I was very happy with the service they gave me in the entire process of receiving the new head unit. The technician was great and very knowledgeable with many years of experience under his belt. Morgan communicated with me several times on the ETA of the head unit. More
