We purchased a Santa Fe Caligraphy 2022. Bob Folker was fantastic. He is the reason we purchased from Allen Turner Hyundai. We had driven through the dealership a week earlier and Josh handed us his car fantastic. He is the reason we purchased from Allen Turner Hyundai. We had driven through the dealership a week earlier and Josh handed us his card while he was on the phone. He never showed us a car or gave us any information. Out of courtesy we ask for him when we came in. He was not working that day and we were blessed with Bob coming over to help us. He went out of his way to help us find what we needed, checked availability, etc. We called Bob that night to let him know we were coming back in the morning to purchase the car. Someone told Josh we had asked for him the day before. When Bob went to get us a key for the test drive Josh Knafel walked up and tried to take over the deal. We told him we were working with Bob, and he said Bob is busy over at used cars. He was arrogant and pushy. I again told Josh I wanted to work with Bob. I was about to leave and buy a different car from a dealer down the street. He showed his irritation and told us it would be a while. We said we would wait for Bob, and we patiently waited. Bob got the deal written up for us, handled all the paperwork and then kept in frequent contact with us about the delivery date of the car. Everyone else we met at the dealership was pleasant and professional. I have to say Bob was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with (this is my 6th Hyundai). The car was delivered yesterday, and Bob has already followed up with us today to see if we had any more questions. FYI... I noticed on our paperwork today that Bob and Josh's name is listed as salesperson's. Josh did nothing for us and almost caused the dealership to lose the sale. More
