Robert (Bob) Folker is the absolute best! We came in for an oil change, but left with a brand new Genesis G70! We were passed up by the first 2 employees while we were looking, but Bob took the time to say an oil change, but left with a brand new Genesis G70! This actually caused us to stop and look at this beautiful car. He told us he would be right with us, and after a magnificent and informative test drive, we were sold! This was the first time we left in a new car, actually understanding how all the features worked before we took off. Amazing service team! I just took my Santa Fe in with an engine light on and after careful inspection, the only thing I needed was my regular oil change. Jami was even able to locate a coupon for me for a tire rotation and it wasn't even on my mind, even though I needed it after driving to/from Colorado in December. I even received a video from my tech showing me what they were doing. When I picked it up, they had detailed the inside and had it back to me within about an hour. They are not pushy, or condescending .Which means a lot to me. As a woman I have had many car salesmen and management try to push me into buying an overpriced car or finance with their banks. Others will talk down to you and make you feel beneath them or talk in circles trying to convince you to do what they want. . Allen Turner staff doesn't do that. Dave Dye is the best! He even came in on his day off to sell me a car ! Extremely helpful, friendly and professional. His customer service is top notch. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. More
