A great Car-buying experience at Allen Turner Hyundai We were doing research on a replacement vehicle and one of our candidates was the Hyundai Sonata. We visited Allen Turner Hyundai the first time about two weeks before we decided to purchase our Sonata. We were helped to see and look over the car we were interested in by Bob and Dean. Dean did the initial walk through with the car and answered many of out questions. We told him at the onset that we would not be buying that day, but were gathering comparative information. He was okay with that and it seemed that this "no pressure, I'm here to help" approach was probably part of the dealership culture. We ended up buying a Sonata from Allen Turner on February 15th and the whole purchase and delivery process was smooth and stress free. The Allen Turner Hyundai Experience is always awesome I didn’t think I had a shot at the Santa Fe I really wanted and was going to settle on one lesser features. He’s a real pleasure to work with, and despite all the new technology (and there’s a lot of changes in five years--when I bought my last Santa Fe!), he explained everything very well. The vehicle is amazing. Kevin Genest in Finance was great also. He explained the warrantees and made grade offers on interest rates. Though not part of my experience when I bought the car, I've worked with the outstanding Allen Turner Service Department before, and the post-sales service was definitely another reason I don’t even go look anywhere else for a vehicle. We visited Allen Turner Hyundai on Saturday 2/15/2020. We were greeted right away with a smile by Jason Diaz. We did our research beforehand in an effort to have a good idea of what we liked and could afford. We were trading in our 2 door vehicle for a 4 door since we are expecting our first baby next month. Jason pulled up the vehicle we were interested in test driving from our online search, a 2020 Elantra value edition. We were also interested in a used Elantra and were weighing our options between new vs used and best options for our budget and needs. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable on the features of each vehicle and explained all of the safety features to us, which was one of the most important factors on our list or “needs” in a new to us vehicle. Once we returned to the dealership, I asked Jason about the option of leather seats, thinking of the mess a family car would endure. He showed us the 2020 Elantra sport and we loved it! Kim, the sales manager, was able to get us a great deal on this vehicle and we were in and out in just 2 hours with our brand new vehicle.
