There was some confusion upon our arrival because the sales associate we were instructed to contact was not working that day. However, Chris stepped in and assumed those duties. We selected a vehicle and came to an agreement on purchase price. We were told it would take about an hour to prepare the paperwork. Instead of waiting around we went to lunch and were away more than an hour. Upon our return it still waited about an hour before meeting with the finance section. More
