Great purchase experience I originally visited this dealership for a test drive only. I found the salesman (Frank) to be very professional and covered all the vehicle's assets I originally visited this dealership for a test drive only. That evening, when I told Frank of the other brand offer, he asked me to give him the opportunity to match the deal. I met with Claudio the following morning, he was also a very knowledgeable and worked with the managers to get me the best possible deal. They were able to come extremely close to the other brand offer (on a 2019) with the 2020 model Hyundai!! Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Tucson Sport. The quality of workmanship is great and it is a dream to drive. I especially appreciate the power liftgate as I broke my arm recently and was having trouble closing the manual liftgate on my trade-in. Claudio was very helpful with making the exchange of vehicles and completing the paperwork. Best experience I've had with a car purchase! More

New 2019 Hyundai Tucson SEL Love our new SUV. Didn’t have all the features I thought it had but still very happy. No homelink for garage door openers. I mistakenly thought it was Love our new SUV. Didn’t have all the features I thought it had but still very happy. No homelink for garage door openers. I mistakenly thought it was standard wit the SEL model. Also, was told it had smart cruise control. If it does I haven’t found it. Vehicle was picked up from another dealership and delivered the following day. My bad for not looking closer at all its features when I picked it up. Dealership experience was fine. No pressure sales and everyone I dealt with was great. This is my second new purchase from Allen Turner. I would purchase from him again. More
