Our sales experience was great, but we are sitting here almost 30 days after our car This is a revised review.... I am editing my original posing. Our sales experience was great, but we are sitting here almost 30 days after our car was traded to buy the new one and the old one has still not been paid off! We are 2 days away from being reported to the credit bureau because of this dealership. I always loved this dealership and that is why we came back. But never again after this. They told us a week ago they overnighed a check to the lender, come to find out they didn't do it until we called them. The lender informed us a payoff amt was requested that day. On a lighter note.... This is our 3rd car from Allen Turner. The sales experiences have always been great here. Our salesman Frank Trommelen was awesome. We made a deal and came another day to purchase the car. It was cleaned up and ready to go when we got there, but upon inspection, we found the front end underneath was scraped up and was damaged. I was disappointed, but Frank started running around like crazy to see if he could find me another car just like it. Low and behold.... one had just came off the truck and he drove it over to the main lot for me. I could tell he generally wanted me to be happy and for us to have a good experience there and get what we wanted. If Frank had handled our payoff himself it probably would have gotten done. More
