I felt no pressure from the sales staff (Basel) and was not given a million sheets of paper that just try to confuse me. When signing the paper I did not feel rushed so that I could read each thing I was signing and Dominick explained each thing I was signing. I am very happy with my experience and have been telling friends what a no pressure and friendly atmosphere Allen Turner is. I have bought many cars and been to many different dealerships but I will only be going back to Allen turner from now on. I can't say enough about how friendly everyone at Allen Turner was. This review is only on the purchase experience as we have not yet had any other dealings with the dealership but I do not anticipate any future issues either. The process was quick and they did not try to do any upsale. We had been at one of the Sandy Sansing dealerships earlier that day (we have purchased many vehicles through Sandy Sansing) and I just didn't feel like they wanted to earn our business yesterday even though they knew of our previous purchases.
