Every time I contact the dealership, the experience I have just makes things worse. There really isn't anything you could do or say that is going to change the fact your guy tried to slip in the extended warranty, then treated me like I was an ingrate for not appreciating his hard work in bringing down the price of something I declined--or that despite what I'd consider a fairly serious breach of trust, the matter was treated as not that big a deal except temporarily on the phone before I came in. And then to tell me the warranty had to be pro-rated for the month I was unknowingly covered? Unbelievable set on that guy. I lost faith and trust in Allen Turner Hyundai. Why would I return? I am not one of those customers that throw fits to get free things--I declined all the free things. I just expected to be treated honestly the first time, not being bought out when you got caught. Like I said in my review; I know my experience was probably not a common one--but why would anyone want to take the chance on ending up in the situation I did when there are other dealers within a short driving distance? How many people didn't notice an increase when their payment book arrived?

A thought just occurred to me: I spelled out the events fairly specifically and you are asking for contact information like you have no idea who I might be? Does this happen so often that you have no idea which of your recent customers this might be? Maybe my experience isn't so unique after all.

I was contacted by customer service today to let me know that the charges were completely removed and were not prorated. I want this review to be as factual as it can be, so I have returned to insure the facts remain accurate. I was told at the time it would be prorated, but I state again, I was contacted today to clarify that it was not, and the charges were completely removed. I'll have to take them at their word as the unrequested warranty extension was added into my financing and I won't know until I pay off the balance. Despite the experience I had with Allen Turner Hyundai, I do believe them when they say they have removed the charges. Now all I wish is to be left alone by Allen Turner Hyundai. Every time I hear from them it makes me upset again.
