GREAT "Holiday Hyundai Sales Event" purchase! We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport Sedan during the "Holiday Hyundai Sales Event". We were owners of a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. We've dealt with Allen Turner previously and have always had a pleasant experience with this dealership. Their service department is top-notch and they have always been polite and answered any questions we've had on our 2009 model, even though we didn't purchase it from them. It was time for a new purchase so we naturally went back to Allen Turner. Our sales associate, Sheila Moore, made the whole process smooth and easy. She made us feel very comfortable and we never felt any kind of sales pressure. We were even allowed to take the car for an extended test drive the entire afternoon. We got a great car at the price we felt was fair and are very satisfied with the car so far. Shahid Manzoor from the finance department was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty process to us and helped us in that decision. He was considerate and easy to work with. We would highly recommend going to Allen Turner Hyundai to our friends and family. We look forward to many years of driving our new Sonata and if we have any issues, we know that Allen Turner Hyundai is there to assist in whatever way needed. Excellent new car buying experience all around! Bob Fite was an excellent salesman, very courteous and professional. The paperwork process for buying 2 cars was expected to be long, but was reasonable and Bob and the staff did a very good job keeping us updated. If I had one thing to recommend, it would be a little less "full court press" on the extended maintenance plans at the paperwork signing portion....for us, a simple "are you interested in hearing about our super maintenance and care warranties we offer that will increase your payments?" Would have sufficed and saved time at the end of a long day. Overall - can't say enough good things about Allen Turner Hyundai and their staff! More
