Roger was awesome! He did everything he told us he would do and had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership. We have never had anyone at any dealership do this, we probably spent 45 minutes looking at the car, under the hood, trunk, special features, how to work Bluelink, etc. He then called me the next day to see how I liked the car. We had a great experience, no pressure, no stress. Roger also said to call whether it was good or bad and he would make sure whatever it was would be taken care of. We will certainly send people his way! The finance office also did a great job. Had everything together, got us a great interest rate, and had us out of there in no time. Great place to buy a car! We went in to get my 19 year old a new car...her first purchase. I wanted it to be a little more of a "challenge" for her to teach her life lessons, but they made it very smooth and easy. I was blown away by how attentive the staff was to our needs. Rob genuinely listened, and took the time to make sure that each car he showed us was a step closer to exactly what we wanted. We've been in the market for quite a while now, but the pressure we'd felt at other dealersips always turned us away. That was not by any means true of Allen Turner Hyundai or of Rob Godwin. Rob and the staff were so personable and so engaging that we left the dealership feeling like we'd gained new friends.
