Glen provided us with the exact car we wanted and beat every price we had received from other dealers, to include our local dealer in Fort Walton Beach. I will be highly recommending Glen to our friends and family for any car needs they might have. At the end of this process, the administrative paperwork needed to be done, Matt Farley made it simple, we had all of our paperwork completed in less than 15 minutes and that included us signing all the documents for our trade in and transferring of plates. Did I mention that we drive an hour to bring our car to Allen Turner and we have a Hyundai dealership less than 3 miles from our house, a true example of what we think of the Allen Turner TEAM. Glen Fryou was great! He was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable in his job. I was very impressed that he talked to me as much as my husband about buying my car. He offered us something to drink as it was very hot outside. Overall, he in my opinion did an excellent job! Matt Farley was also great! I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle more. He was also friendly and as with Glen, talked to me as if my opinion was important to the sale as much as my husbands. He was very competent in his job and helpful. I can't say it enough that I was impressed with both for including me in the sale of my car. He was very knowledgeable in his job also. He went beyond in explaining the financial parts of the deal as warranties and the options that we had available to us. He did an excellent job also! I was narrowing my search for a new "gas saver" vehicle. My spouse had visited the dealership, but I had not. I decided to visit after work without my spouse. I was looking at a specific car and after much conversation he offered me a great deal on an upgrade. He valued my decision leave and talk it over with my spouse. When I got home my spouse agreed that it was a great deal and that our search should be over. Frank was willing to stay after his scheduled shift and help us get into our new car. Roger was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and most helpful in negotiating the price. Matt Farley was equally congenial and informative in the business office. The Santa Fe Sport was cleaned up and ready to go in a timely manner. Roger went out of his way to make certain I had all the information about the vehicle. Our photo was taken and was already posted online by the time we returned home to Fairhope AL. Just a note: I had previously visited Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne AL to look at the 2013 Santa Fe Sport. I purchased my last Santa Fe from them in 2007 and have taken it there for servicing ever since. I was turned off by their "hard core" sales tactics.
