Awesome experience I was in the market to buy a nice used car. The dealership contacted me prior to discuss my needs. Best care buying experience, EVER!!!! I've NEVER had such a positive experience buying a car. Shelia Moore was an exceptional sales representative. She was friendly, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. She was considerate of my time and allowed me to roam the lot with absolutely no pressure or hovering. When she saw me approaching the main building, she asked if I saw anything I'd like to drive. Trying to make a decision between two different models, Shelia answered all my questions and helped me narrow down my choice. She quickly had my trade in appraised and the numbers crunched. As we are not impulse buyers, we said we had some thinking to do and our own budget to consider. Before we left, she asked if we minded if one of the managers came in and spoke to us. We agreed and Ben Smith walked in the door and asked us a few questions. We spoke easily and before we left, Ben gave us an impressive bottom line. We left and headed home saying we would contact them later if we were interested. After looking over the numbers, we decided that this was possibly the BEST car deal we had ever gotten and it was just too good to pass up. We called Shelia and asked her to hold the car we drove, living 45 miles away from the dealership, we had to wait a few days to get the deal finalized. Before we returned, Shannon from customer service, called to ask if we were happy with the service we received, if we had any questions, or if there was anything she could do to assist us. Again, no pressure to buy, only concern that we were satisfied. We returned to the dealership to finish purchasing the car and were prepared to start negotiations. There weren't any! The final price was actually lower, because our payoff was less than we thought. We thought they would try to get the bottom line we left with. Matt Farley did our final paperwork. Before we started, our conversation consisted of how we drive, our expectations, and he filled us in on a few warranty options. There was absolutely NO pressure or coercion for us to purchase anything other than the car. But he wanted us to have the information if we needed it. We felt everyone we dealt with was honest and trustworthy. There was even a copy of the Gospels in the glove box. It made me feel even better about my decision. I can guarantee my next vehicle will be coming from Allen Turner Hyundai!! More
