We left and I talked to Jesse the next day and he was very apologetic for John and asked that I come back and deal with Mike and I am glad I did. Mike stepped in to assist based on the previous visit with John and he did an excellent job of making both ma and my wife a customer of Allen Turner Hyundai. Both Jesse and Mike were extremely professional and took the time to listen and help us to understand everything involved and managed to give us a great deal also. I would highly recommend Jesse for your salesman as i think he is very professional and courteous. Matt in finance also did a great job, he exceeded our expectations on the financing and was in no way pushy with all of the extras that they have to offer. I am the 3rd person in the last 6 months from my job to purchase a car from Allen Turner Hyundai and all of us are extremely satisfied with our purchases and service. Service I bought a 2013 Santa Fe Sport which I loved but did not need that much car anymore. Received a card on trade in specials so I looked into it and left I bought a 2013 Santa Fe Sport which I loved but did not need that much car anymore. Was thrilled that it had most of everything I loved in the Santa Fe and was able to lower my payments. Luis was very tolerant of all my questions and did everything he could to get me in what I wanted. Being a woman I was worried about being taken advantage of but he did not pressure me. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on everything was because I did feel pressured and rushed to get extended warranties. Once my payment where I wanted it and was not going to get an extended warranty, Dominic wanted a sale and I felt pressured into getting one. Which beat the purpose of lowering my payments. The last time I bought a car he was real helpful but had my ex - fiancé with me and was able to afford the extra warranties. But I will continue to by my vehicles and have them serviced there even though I have to drive over an hour to get there. Mary in service was great. She made sure everything was good with my vehicle before leaving. She answered all my questions and went over some things with my car. More

The experience we had with buying my wife a 2014 Tucson from Allen Turner and Troy was so easy and with no pressure, that when we need another new car we went back to talk to Troy about a 2015 Elantra. Troy is very knowledgeable about all of the products and also very patient, as I went from car to car until getting to the one that was just right for me. There was never any pressure and the negotiations was very straight forward and painless. I feel that I got a great car for a great price. Financing as also very very quick and easy, I worked with Dominick who made sure I understood everything and he answered all of my questions. Service Dept has been phenomenal every time I have taken My Tucson in for routine maintenance. I would not hesitate to buy from Allen Turner and Troy again. More

I didn't know where to start at really , as I began my search I went in and Brad came o I was referred by a friend to check out Allen Turner Hyundai . I didn't know where to start at really , as I began my search I went in and Brad came out and greeted me and my daughter , we discussed my issue which my transmission was slowly going out of my car . I needed a car ASAP ! Brad comforted me and let me know I would be able to get in a car that day , based on my current credit situation I didn't think it was possible . Well he showed me different . There was no pressure of no hidden gimmicks . He got straight to the point and let me know what I would be paying . I immediately fell in love with the warranty . I let Brad know I wanted something small with low payments . He searched for the perfect car for me until he found it ! I am very thankful . Thanks Brad I love my new Chevy !!!!!!!! More
