Frown turned upside down! My husband and I wanted to go look at a car he spotted online in Pensacola for me, so we went. I am thinking most of the way there that this is going to be a very long day that I was really not looking forward to. Spending all day at a car dealer for them to give the run around and you walk away disappointed after getting your hopes up just a little. When we arrived we were greeted with the usual, how may I help you. My husband tole the salesperson who we needed to see and we were led right to him. After introductions to Brad Rankin, we get started on what I thought was going to be the worst possible time of my life. Much to my surprise, Brad was awesome. He was not pushy like most salespeople are and he made sure we were comfortable. He offered us beverages and even a sandwich. After a few hours and dealings back and forth, we were able to "get the deal done" and I am very pleased. Plus, I got the car that had been sitting on the showroom floor since it had arrived in their hands. I would definitely recommend Allen Turner Hyundai if you are looking for a no hassle experience in purchasing a vehicle. Overall a good experience, things could improve. Went to dealership with a limited budget. When I first arrived nobody greeted me or offered to help. I approached a man to ask where the car was locat Went to dealership with a limited budget. When I first arrived nobody greeted me or offered to help. I approached a man to ask where the car was located that I was interested in, he was of no help and more worried about smoking. After walking the parking lot for 15 minutes, I asked him again - he said to stand next to my car in the incredibly hot sun while he went to get the car. He never came back, so I left 15 minutes later. I came back to the dealership and then was introduced to Tiffany Mason. She was great! She was not pushy, she was very accommodating and willing to do anything I asked. It took a few days to negotiate the deal I needed but it happened. I dealt with Shahid in finance. He was very friendly. Not pushy. Once it was time to get in my new car, Jason assisted me and again a great guy. Got everything I asked for and then spent time showing my how to work my new car. My overall experience was good at the dealership, however once I got home I read the paper work - and came to realize that I did not get the deal that we had agreed upon over the phone. I am not pleased with that at all, partially my fault for trusting and not reading the paper work better while signing, but not happy that a fast one was pulled on me. Great dealership, friendly people but pay CLOSE ATTENTION when signing your paper work, they got me this time! More

Exceptional Customer Service, Honest, Trustworthy This was my 7th stop. All I wanted was to feel like someone was listening to me and actually hearing my concerns AND working with me to achieve that. I've never been so incredibly impressed by the sales person David in my life. He actually listened to me. I rambeled on. Poor guy. ?? Not only was I not pressured but he was patient and kind. I was a Ford customer for 20 years and I will never go back. Ben got the financing through even though it was after 630pm. Matt did they paperwork quickly. They made the whole process as quick and painless as it could possibly be! My 13 year old daughter was with me as well and she didn't complain. She was really excited about getting the car. They had plenty of cars, colors with a multitude of different options to choose from. I WILL go back. When I can pass my car to my daughter or get her a smaller one. My best friend and her husband are going to see David to look at a new car as well. Their daughter turns 16 and they're handing over their car. Go see them. You WON'T regret it!!! More
