An Enjoyable Afternoon I never thought I would say that about time spent buying a new car. But from the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left with our new I never thought I would say that about time spent buying a new car. But from the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left with our new Elantra, we actually enjoyed the experience. Troy greeted us at the door and made us feel comfortable. We talked about the cars and the models that we were looking at, shared some personal thoughts on buying a new car, took a couple of test drives, and picked out a car. Then comes the part that I usually hate - negotiations - ( SURPRISE ). Within 30 minutes we had the details worked out and were introduced to Shahid. He came in introduced himself, explained his part in the process, and worked his magic to secure our financing at the terms and payment that I had requested. Again I must say that these two professional gentlemen made an afternoon ENJOYABLE. When it comes time to upgrade to a newer model we will return to this dealership to deal with Troy and Shahid.
