My wife and I went in took look at a few different models to decide which vehicle we felt was right for our family. We set up an appointment with Jason Diaz and he took us outside to the vehicles we wanted t to decide which vehicle we felt was right for our family. We set up an appointment with Jason Diaz and he took us outside to the vehicles we wanted to see and have us a very thorough description of each vehicle pointing out all the safety features and the amenities the vehicles had to offer. We didn't feel rushed at all when looking at the vehicles and he allowed us to test all the bells and whistles. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had with enthusiasm and kindness. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great deal and a new vehicle to go see him. Jesse McLemore was very friendly. He answered my questions and if he did not know answer; he said so, and then obtained information. He did not put any pressure on me. After meeting John on the lot, Jesse talked about what a great place to work and how everyone worked together. Jesse offered something to drink several times. He listened to my many question and never rushed me. He stayed with me, kept me informed about what was going to happen and introducing the other staff. John Knight - When Jesse told him what I was looking for after showing me two of the cars up front, he provided information that there were VWs in the back of the lot that had not been brought to the front or cleaned. He took time to walk there with us and locate the cars in which I was interested. If God had not crossed our path at that point I would have gone else were due to not having a model in which I was interested. He worked with me to obtain a price that was within my range! He listened when I expressed my concerns. Matt Farley- obtained financing and explained ALL the papers. Very friendly. The service department rushed the cleaning, not a great job. We first discussed bringing the car back on Monday for detail work but they decided to rush it through. Jesse had to take it back to get sand blown off the motor and then to locate the owner’s manual which had been in the car. I did not mind looking at a car that had not been cleaned but if they say it had been cleaned, I expected more, example: Carpet not clean, pink string on back seats. Jesse went back two times, felt like this should not have happened, especially since I could have returned Monday for detail cleaning. I would recommend Allen Turner/ Hyundai to anyone! Addendum – When car returned for routine maintenance check on Monday, all problems corrected. Jesse answered all my new questions which I had after reviewing my owner’s manual. Outstanding to know Allen Turner/Hyundai staff stand by their word and are there for you!!! More

From the moment I started car shopping, 6 months ago, it was a struggle for me to find the car I liked within my price range. It was getting aggravating and annoying and I was about to give up. Every salesman would just walk me around their lot and show me cars that I couldn't afford or didn't like. Finally, I went to the last dealership I was willing to go to and I met Casey Chambers. I talked to him for about 5 minutes and he knew exactly what I wanted, needed, and could afford. Since I'm only 19, it was troubling for me to get a car. Casey made it happen, and not only was he able to get me a car, he got it for me in a single day. He knew what car was best for me and he stayed in my budget. Not only that, I love the car! I have only had it for a day and I already know this car will suit my needs for a very long time. It's a great car for a great price. Casey is the go to guy when having trouble with car shopping. By far the best salesman I have ever met, and I have met A LOT of salesman. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and Casey to my friends and family looking for cars. Thanks Casey!!! More

John came to my work with another gentleman and picked up the car to take to his service department to have the issue resolved. I have never known a car salesman to be so helpful after the sale was concluded. This is the second car I have purchased from Allen Turner Hyundai and they will be the first place I go for my next car. More
I inquired about a Used Hyundai on-line and received a reply almost instantly from Internet sales introducing Chad Skeeles who offering to setup a time for me to drive the car. Chad was very helpful and immediately made me feel comfortable. Chad worked hard to get me the most from my 2005 Santa Fe, I decided to go home to evaluate the deal. After leaving the Dealership to consider the offer I called Chad with a few questions. To my surprise Chad called and said that I could move up to a New Tuscon with the features I required at the price agreed upon on the 2013 model.. Later that night we exchanged email with figures, Vin numbers for the new vehicle. Chad answered more questions for me until 9:45 PM from his home. Not only was Mr. Muraisi able to get us in a vehicle in a short time frame but...He was able to get us financing quickly for a NEW vehicle for what we would have ended up paying for a used vehicle! He exceeded our expectations and more...And then we were introduced to Mr. Dominick Haymon, Business Manager, who also was very pleasant, friendly, and very informative. He was able to answer ALL questions as he explained in great detail every aspect of the financial and warranty packages available to us. To our surprise, we have NEVER had such a comfortable and enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle which, can be very stressful.
