I went to cancel my appointment and left with a new car!!!! I had called and emailed ahead of my appointment in an effort to cancel, and I hadn't heard anything in return. So, rather than be rude and not show up, I went to the dealership to let them know of my cancellation. I walked in, and Raquel was sitting there, and asked if she could help me. I explained my effort to cancel, and then explained why. My bank initially approved my loan, but later counter-offered, but it was not enough to get the new Sonata I wanted. So, I cancelled the loan and decided I would wait for another time. I had heard horror stories from my relatives about lot financing and dealerships in general, so needless to say, when Raquel began asking me questions I was nervous and hesitant. Raquel put me at ease, she told me they would work something out, and instead of outright rejecting the offer to explore my options, I let things go as they would. Well, I am SO glad I did! (As far as I am aware, she has only been at Allen Turner Hyundai for a month, and she has absolutely earned her stay!) Don't let that fool you, she has been in the business a long while, and cares about her customers!!!! I know you read these Mr. Turner, and I'm telling you that your team at Hyundai is without a doubt, a Class-A team. Not only did I get a deal equal to my bank offer, I drove away in a Pearl White 2014 Hyundai Sonata the SAME DAY that I walked into the doors at your Hyundai dealership! I never imagined that it would have even been possible, but your team worked miracles and I was able to make my first-ever car purchase.I even had my payments deferred over a month-and-a-half! I have had no buyers remorse, no second-guesses, and NO REGRETS!!!! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and my car! Raquel and Sahid have COMPLETELY changed my attitude and feelings about dealerships. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their help and assistance.
