I was also impressed by the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle and the fact that he researched the car before I arrived. The car that I wanted was not one that came through the lot often. Because of his research, he was able to tell us a great deal about the car, Most importantly though, the dealership negotiated with us, and I truly believe that the price that we decided on was fair and reasonable. The finance manager actually assisted us with the paperwork, and the entire transaction was finished in a very short amount of time. He was extremely experienced. At no time did anyone tell me that the car I picked out was "too much car" for me, and I was out the door with my brand new car in a matter of hours. They even beat the interest rate given to me by my credit union, which was very competitive to begin with. The service lounge was upscale with free Cokes and what appeared to taste like Krispy Kreme doughnuts. This was quite a departure from other dealers' overpriced vending machines.
