Roger deserves higher than a five. Despite my situation finacially he worked extremely hard to get me in a better vehicle and deal. He worked hand in hand with my bank manager even though working with the finacially he worked extremely hard to get me in a better vehicle and deal. Roger treated me as if I was a cutomer who had perfect credit and could've purchased the most expensive car on the lot, but I was the customer who was in a bad situation, didn't have good credit, and didn't a lot to put down but Roger along with my bank worked together to make it happen. This trade in was a recreational decision, I had a two door cobalt and with a one year old and a newborn due in two months it wasn't going to cut it, especially being a tall woman. Roger understood my dilmena and wanted to help with a sincerity and not just for a sale. With him on my side and the my bank manager they got me into a much better car with more space, a lower interest rate, and a newer vehicle. I am very thankful for Roger and his quickness in returning my calls and staying on top of things. I am currently working on my credit now and when I need a newer vehicle in a couple of years to upgrade for my second car, I am going back to Roger at Allen Turner Hyundai and giving him my business and referring him to everyone I know!
