I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Allen Turner . I just purchased my third vehicle, and have to say, the experience just keeps getting better. Totally dissatisfied with recent service at Allen Turner Hyundai. Had my 2012 Genesis towed to this dealer. Service called and said “engine is done; cannot get another engine for this car”. Had towed to a Hyundai. Had my 2012 Genesis towed to this dealer. Service called and said “engine is done; cannot get another engine for this car”. Had towed to another facility. After new fuel pump, car runs fine. More

I used the Allen Turner Hyundai service department for a simple oil change. A few weeks later my car started leaking oil. Whoever worked on my car did not tighten the cap properly. After taking it in to ano simple oil change. A few weeks later my car started leaking oil. Whoever worked on my car did not tighten the cap properly. After taking it in to another mechanic, it cost me a couple hundred dollars to correct the problem. Barry reached out to me and even though they are 9 hours away he worked with me to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond making sure that everything was handled properly! More

Charles Brady was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, listened to my comments and concerns, and made me feel valued as a customer. I originally came to the used car lot for service on my o knowledgeable, listened to my comments and concerns, and made me feel valued as a customer. I originally came to the used car lot for service on my old car. Charles came over and we began to converse which led me to purchasing a car. Charles was so great with his customer service skills that I recommended my mom look into buying a car (she actually purchased one also from the new car lot) from Allen Turner with him (Charles Brady) as the salesman. I had the pleasure of working with Troy Cox. I I had the pleasure of working with Troy Cox. I explained to him that my last experience in Sept 2019 wasn’t all that and that I really wasn’t happy I had the pleasure of working with Troy Cox. I explained to him that my last experience in Sept 2019 wasn’t all that and that I really wasn’t happy with what I had. TROY was very understanding and confident that he would be able to get me the right package for my Tucson He explained the differences and we went for a short drive around the block. I didn’t really need a lot of in depth instructions because I have been driving a Tucson The first question he asked me is why do I travel from Niceville to Pensacola when there is Hampton Hyuandai in Ft Walton Beach I told him that I believe that Allen Turner is a very good Christian man and his belief flows through the company and he gives so much back When it came to the negotiating,Troy was professional,patient and I believe he helped me to get what I got to make my visit successful I want to highly recommend him. And just today I found that I left my garage door opener in my car and also I need to give him my key fob so he is going to make the hour drive so we can exchange our things.
