Disappointing i must say that i had dealt with this dealership when it was Keystone. much better. this experience was disappointing. wanted a brand new forte ex i must say that i had dealt with this dealership when it was Keystone. much better. this experience was disappointing. wanted a brand new forte ex, top model, was told they weren't being made. settled for forte s. only to find out, that less than 200 miles away, i could've bought the one i wanted. never given that option. explained to the gm Tony, my disappointment. said he would research it and get back to me. well i waited and waited, and after leaving several messages, i did not receive a single phone call from him. haven't heard from him yet. we did want a remote start put on, but they did not have it in stock. they put it on order. after thinking we decided to not move forward with the install. notified them to cancel order and issue a refund on the amex card i used to purchase. to this day, which is 30 days later, and additional 10 phone calls, noone will get back to me. I have not received my $500 credit back either. then on top of it, got a call the other day that our part was in, and that i should schedule install. Very Very horrible experience. I am very disappointed. Kia is being notified. Not recommended. More
