Very deceptive Went in for used car found on car gurus. Test drove fine. Went to make deal and asked if I looked at dealer disclose. Casually showed me on his phone Went in for used car found on car gurus. Test drove fine. Went to make deal and asked if I looked at dealer disclose. Casually showed me on his phone small print that said advertised price would be $2000 more if no car traded. I didn’t have trade in. They begged me for more money over advertised price. I walked out but forgot my papers. Upon returning he said they would agree to advertised price. I liked car so agreed. I had been pre approved at my own bank but agree to their financing if they could beat my rate. After waiting over two hours for paperwork to be done, the last contract to sign was financing. The rate they gave me was .5% higher than agreed upon. We got it straightened out and I left. Driving home in dark, I noticed headlight blown out. They said car was just inspected and service. Service department must be as good as sales dept. I’m disgusted with whole experience and wouldntrecommend this place to an enemy. More
