After complaints following day ..offered me $500. ..however..that came with a demand that I remove my review and sign something. When my daughter showed up to get the $500..they held her captive until they could see it taken down. They offered to take car back but they found that her trade was already sold Told them to keep the 500 so I could tell you about this experience!!!! I would give no stars.. Kelly is your better option 3 days grace More

My leasing experience My experience was not the usual stressful deal it is with most other dealers I have been to. No pressure just lots of common sense things to help me m My experience was not the usual stressful deal it is with most other dealers I have been to. No pressure just lots of common sense things to help me make a choice. They really sold me when he explained the numbers comparing my purchasing of a used car compared to a lease. My payments are a little more with the lease but gas savings and repairs (on a 10yr old vehicle) are beyond comparison. At the end of my lease i will have a almost "new car" that i can purchase instead of an old clunker that would be the used vehicle i would have purchased now instead of the lease. Carl Madonna and the entire team were informative, knowledgeable and extremely patient for the 2 hr negotiation, (I'm a tough bargainer). Tony Genao had some insite and then Shane Franco came in and laid it out so i could see all my options and where i would be 3 yrs from now with either choice i made, the lease or my purchase of a used car with 80K miles. The future told me the lease made a lot more sense. Glad they were my fist stop on my quest for a vehicle. More
