Disappointing Just purchased tires in Nov I asked before I bought if new tire came with free rotations if purchases thru you and was told yes. Nobody knew what I was talking about but honored it. So I get 1 free rotation as a concession but not so going forward. I guess you think I was trying to scam you. Disappointing. More

Discharged battery. Called the dealership's service dept. at 9:30 and got a quick answer to why my new battery had gone dead. Going to Mt. Pleasant next time. Waited a week to be looked at and we had a scheduled appointment. 18000 mile Service Service department was excellent ! Also took time to explain Sway Control when not to use it . Also was helpful in helping me determine that I don’t n Service department was excellent ! Also took time to explain Sway Control when not to use it . Also was helpful in helping me determine that I don’t need tires. Because I have a weight distribution system I need to turn off this way control. Evidently the anti-sway control system on my truck if and Gage fight against my sway control system on my weight distribution hitch. Making for a harder tow With my travel trailer. Talk to Jim Britting about a future purchase or lease for my wife’s new vehicle. More
