I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. From the very day I purchased the vehicle, I experienced ongoing mech dealership and would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. From the very day I purchased the vehicle, I experienced ongoing mechanical issues. Despite repeated problems, the dealership failed to take responsibility or provide meaningful assistance. Most concerning, I was never provided with the vehicle title, which created serious legal and logistical issues after the sale. The transaction felt rushed and misleading, and once payment was made, communication and accountability essentially stopped. This dealership took my money and sold me a car that turned out to be a lemon, leaving me to deal with the consequences on my own. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and consumers deserve transparency, honesty, and proper documentation. Unfortunately, my experience here fell far short of that standard. I would not return, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy used vehicle. More

Very disrespectful place I gave to gentleman my information on a Wednesday night at 6:00 I told him that I had no money to put down on the car and my credit score is going to be a little bit low cu information on a Wednesday night at 6:00 I told him that I had no money to put down on the car and my credit score is going to be a little bit low cuz I use 60% of my credit card use cuz I was out of work for 3 months but all my cars are in good standards and I make more than enough money for the payment he said he get back to me and see what the bank says he calls me on Friday and asks me am I still coming on Saturday two days later I said well I don't know was I approved he said I'll call you tomorrow morning on Saturday before you come to see if you could be approved he never called me I text him I 1:00 and so you know I'm not coming cuz you never text me in the morning to find out if I was approved for the bank without put any money down never responded to me very disrespectful I don't know what he did with my information but I am going to return call to Eternal affairs Better Business Bureau and I am going to file a complaint cuz this man's got my driver's license and my pay stub information that I sent to him and I never even looked at the car yet I was going to be pre-approved and did the application it never got back to me something's wrong with that I worked for a dealership already and you would know a matter of 20 minutes if you be approved or not it most dealers have a few different banks they work with someone would approved it I just would have had to put some money down or my payment would have been higher not a big deal so that's where I'm at very strange disrespectful and I never bought the car and I still don't know More
