I was very pleased and impressed with the integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction shown by Jerry, Steve, Alan, and Mike. The car I purchased was everything it was represented to be. I bought it without having the ability to see it firsthand, since I was two states away. Steve was good enough to use Facetime to allow me to get a close look. Additionally, my flight to New Jersey to pick up the car had multiple delays, which kept me from arriving at the dealership until after closing time. The group made arrangements to have Mike there to meet me and finish the transaction. (What a relief!) My very first ride in the car was from Edison NJ to Columbus OH in the middle of the night (I got home just before 5am!) It was obvious that the car had been carefully inspected, because it performed flawlessly. If there's ever a hall of fame for auto dealerships, these guys will be in it.

Keith came out showed me the inspection report they did and that I needed a new air filter for the air conditioner and ordered alight bulb and another part because it had a crack in it and also told me my brakes will need be replaced next time I come in for an oil change.

My issue is that I got two follow up calls and four emails in the week after I bought, all asking me to leave a review, and one of them came at like 8am on a Sunday. Ironic that I'm writing one now I guess. The sale itself was smooth and I'd still point people here, just ease up on the follow ups.
