I scheduled my oil change for 8am. I added 2 small services. Pour in fuel treatment and brake fluid flush. I was told it would be quick because I was staying on location. It took 2.5hr I added 2 small services. Pour in fuel treatment and brake fluid flush. I was told it would be quick because I was staying on location. It took 2.5hrs for them to even start the job and was done in total 3 hrs. Unacceptable for a reserved time. I had to take meeting there because it took so long. Meaning I was there for 4 hrs. More
