I took my vehicle in for service and some covered warranty repairs. The shop was not transparent with what was happening with my car. I had to call my warranty to get the repairs approved and going. warranty repairs. The shop was not transparent with what was happening with my car. When they finished the repairs they parked my car where the front passenger side was in a bush and touching the fence. My car was so close to the car next to it, I had to climb in from the passenger side. More

I made an appointment and indicated I would wait for my vehicle thinking it wouldn’t be a very long wait. I waited an hour and a half for an oil change and wheel rotation at 830 in the morning.
