Recall handles fine after waiting months to get called in- maybe out of dealers hands but IDK. Since the vehicle was in the shop I asked for a simple inspection of my sunroof as the weather stripping was in- maybe out of dealers hands but IDK. Since the vehicle was in the shop I asked for a simple inspection of my sunroof as the weather stripping was falling into the opening and contacting me while driving. The sunroof apparently was to complicated. Not inspected because they “didn’t see whether stripping in vehicle” and. And”can leave it another day to do the work” after there for 7 hours. Only 2.5 of that was actual work in the recall period the service person. No big but this isn’t the first time this service center has been a B- since being bought out. I’ve owned 5 GMC trucks/2 Denali SUVS and this has been the toughest go over there in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, my expectations are set over the course of many life years with dealers but what is a brother gonna do? Drive 30 minutes to the next one. The person helping me was pleasant just not thorough costing me another day at the dealer and a leaking sunroof. More
