I recently worked with Alpine Buick GMC South in Colorado Springs and had a despicable experience with one of the salesmen, Doug. Right from the start, he was rude and insulting, making me feel frustrated an Springs and had a despicable experience with one of the salesmen, Doug. Right from the start, he was rude and insulting, making me feel frustrated and disregarded. Instead of providing helpful information, he was condescending and dismissive of my questions, which left me feeling exasperated and belittled. In an attempt to address the situation, I spoke with the general manager. Unfortunately, their response was equally disappointing. They seemed uninterested in my concerns and brushed them aside, showing a complete lack of regard for customer experience. This was not just a single bad interaction; it reflects a deeper issue with customer service at this dealership. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a respectful and professional car-buying experience. Save your time and energy—there are plenty of other places that value their customers!
