Purchased my truck on Friday evening. I was told it was being sent to service for final inspections as I went to finance to sign papers. I leave finance and I'm told service center alread I was told it was being sent to service for final inspections as I went to finance to sign papers. I leave finance and I'm told service center already closed and I could pick up the truck in the morning. I drive down Saturday morning and I'm told they don't have service techs on the weekend, it would be ready Monday. I'm unhappy, but fine. Monday at noon I text the salesman to find out when I can pick up my truck and he says they are backlogged 5-7 days. When I threatened to cancel the sale, he was conveniently able to get it inspected today. I will drive down after work to either pick up my truck (and have it inspected again by my mechanic after reading the other reviews) or I will cancel the sale. Complete lack of professionalism. Update: The truck was given to me with the inspection NOT being performed (despite being told that it had a service appointment that day), but a "promise" to schedule it "soon". Minor issues with the truck are presenting themselves: missing gas cap, short in one of the battery cables, check engine light for a brake system issue. I have been lied to continually, with no action whatsoever to follow through, except a phone call asking me to take down this review. Did they attempt to schedule a service appointment and make good on their promises? Nope. Not that. More
