Zero Accountability from Sales. I know, ironic statement. But here's what happened: I bought a 2020 Outlander from the Used side on 11/14. The car is great, no complaints there. However, my customer service was absolutely horrendous. After signing all paperwork, we realized that a part needed to be ordered to be able to put on the license plate. 11/17 I was told my part was ordered and would be there in a week. Fast forward to 12/28, I'm texting my salesman, Hayden, asking where it is. He deflected blame to the parts department, saying the parts lady was out (I've talked to 2 other people in their parts department), "it's probably sitting on backorder". Over a month later, I had to physically go back into the Used side to ask Hayden face to face where my part is. Still no accountability. Nothing. I call Mitsubishi, get the part number, provide it to Hayden myself, and finally get my part in a week (on 2/5) like I should have initially. I would give more stars if I didn't have to do someone's job for them to get a simple part that should have been "a temporary issue". On top of that, when asking why I waited so long, why I was told the part was ordered, and on backorder; I didn't even get a response. I would not recommend Alpine Buick GMC South to a single person based off the horrible lack of professionalism and customer service received specifically by Hayden. More

I was pleased they only took 30 minutes to complete the oil change, but was disappointed they didn’t give me a complimentary coupon for a car wash.
