Talked to Luke and Anthony and they assured me it would be taken care of. Found out the issue before the end of the day and had a new radiator installed before lunch the next day. Luke and Anthony are great to work with and glad the technician Johnny got everything done for me fast. Recommend the service department to everyone I meet!!! More

Low power, engine check light and "Action" Exhaust Cleaning I have a 2018 Denali 6.6 V8 Turbo Diesel with less than 8k miles, 7-9" Cognito lift, extra cameras to include Blackvue hd 900dr2ch, Blackrac dual weap I have a 2018 Denali 6.6 V8 Turbo Diesel with less than 8k miles, 7-9" Cognito lift, extra cameras to include Blackvue hd 900dr2ch, Blackrac dual weapon's system, 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Amp Research power steps, Rigid lights, Fuel Maverik wheels, Center console and under the back seat extreme "LockerDown" safes, and other modifications. As indicated above in title I had 3 different indicators that would not go away. I made a late online Sunday appointment for 9:30 the following day (Monday), which was nice. However, due to the problem there was only one person as I understand that could run the computer checks on it and would not get it until noon due to prior commitments. I had done some research over the prior weekend on various sites to include Youtube, mechanic's websites and others. Long-story-short, it sounded like most others had horror stories of the same type of issues getting resolved. In most cases, the customers were told to replace various parts due to the trouble code(s) (sometimes costly parts) and the problem would hardly ever get resolved. A loose wire to the "Throttle Control" was found to be the issue on 4-5 of the cases. The mechanic working on my vehicle had to keep the vehicle overnight and completed the various trouble code checks taking care of each one completing the job the following day about 9am. Today is Friday 4days and about 100miles later and the problem still seems resolved, which takes a big load off my mind. I was told one of the possible issues could be the following: on the 2500hd Denali with def exhaust you periodically get a "The exhaust filter is cleaning you must continue to drive." Well what happens with some people is; they may get that reading a few minutes from home or an important appointment and it is not feasible to continue to drive eventually causing possible sud built up in the exhaust if you do not drive another 30 miles or so. It seems to be an issue with the newer models. I also have to admit I had installed the "Magnaflo DPF Back Exhaust,"Cold Air GM Air Intake" and other after market gm related performance items which I put on the same week I purchased the new truck. It had been driving in a superb manner with no issues or problems until this 7k miles later so it was not certain whether those items had any affect at all. The only reason I did not give the 6 stars was because of the dealership only having one person that day who could work on the truck and not until a couple of hours after the appoint time. To be fair, no one at the dealership had seen the issues because I inputted the information late the night before online. I would not hesitate to give the mechanic 6 stars if the problems stays resolved. Everyone I encountered were very professional and responsive. At this time, I would definitely recommend this dealership for mechanical work and a special shout out to Luke Croney service advisor and Kolbey Hicks the tech. I would also like to comment about the truck in general. I have owned fairly decent muscle cars to include, 70's Dodge Charger, 77 and 79 new Trans Ams, a new 2003 Corvette and various custom trucks. Including a 2016 tan Toyota Tundra Pro with numerous goodies and have never had the amount of compliments and head turning that this truck inspires. It is sometimes a bit uncomfortable since I am usually a low keyed type of person. So kudos to GMC coming out with a really nice looking truck. I hope they do not change the appearance too much in the future. More

Poor Customer Service I have read in multiple places on line that 100% customer satisfaction is the goal that Mike Shaw GMC strives to reach. I also watched a youtube vide I have read in multiple places on line that 100% customer satisfaction is the goal that Mike Shaw GMC strives to reach. I also watched a youtube video of Mike Shaw himself and he says the same thing about 100% customer satisfaction. I am trying to get an issue resolved and no one seems to care about getting back to me. I have sent 2 emails to General Manager Mike Fitzpatrick (I called ahead of time to make sure he was there to receive the email) and I left a voicemail for General Sales Manager A.J. Ager (also called ahead of time to make sure he was there). 4 days later..... still haven't heard from anyone. More
PAYING FOR A BROKEN CAR THAT ISN'T TITLED! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. They had the perfect car within my price range. It was listed for $13995, I gave them $4500 dow This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. They had the perfect car within my price range. It was listed for $13995, I gave them $4500 down. Spent hours, an entire day there working with Dutch the finance guy to get my car. By the end of the day I was handed the keys to the car without any paperwork (told you first time buying a car, didn't know I was supposed to get documents). I work out of state, Dutch sent documents for me to sign thru fedex. I read thru them & didn't agree to the numbers they had listed. Dutch stated to sign them & he would send me updated ones with the correct numbers that I corrected on the forms. 3 weeks into owning the car it breaks down, its a manual & when you shift into 1st gear you are in 3rd gear; 2nd gear is 4th gear. No other gears available. Shop says they call the warranty I purchased & warranty company says they haven't been paid so they won't cover the work. I've contacted my local county dmv for registration they have no payment yet either. Fast forward, its now September, car is still in the shop not repaired; county still has no payment; I still do not have paperwork & the company that got my loan (credit acceptance) is stating my loan is for almost $22k. How is that possible???? Dutch will not respond to my text or calls. I've left messages. As far as I can the vehicle is a loss & I keep paying my monthly payment of $375 so my way of building credit isn't completely ruined & I continue to fight for documents, warranty to be paid & cover the repairs, & would love to register it so I can drive it once fixed. I was taken advantage of, my credit report was pulled 46 times in 3 months, even after a loan was found & I'm paying on vehicle that I don't have. I was robbed on the cost & the dealership has yet to do anything to correct it. It looks like I'll be seeking legal counseling soon. More
ripped off So I rarely write these reviews, I feel people don't read them, but yet here I am. Now my review is from a past purchase, that I co-signed with my Hu So I rarely write these reviews, I feel people don't read them, but yet here I am. Now my review is from a past purchase, that I co-signed with my Husband for and unfortunately for me (and him, but he tried to get it fixed when it first happened and ZERO luck{and they still try to contact him about buying/selling!!!}) So we purchased our car, a relatively cheap car due to our situation, and told them what payments we needed and what we were looking at (car listed online at I believe $11,999 (under 12K). So we came in to look. Seemed nice enough, wasn't planning that day as it was late ( we didn't leave till around 10:00pm), but we did cause "such a great deal". So we traded my husbands PAID off car, which they offered us $6500 for, leaving 5500 "owed". Well they knew we needed a payment around 200, and showed us one at 220 a month so we decided to go with it. Again, it was late, and we have 4 kids with us, so trying to get some stuff done... Well, the car we looked at, they told us some great things, HAND-Free talking, recent oil change and tire change, new breaks...all great features. They DID"NT tell us it had remote start, we found out later they didn't know, and also told us it was a 4-cylinder (which we found on spot it was a v-6) and remote start that night. Well lets hit these issues 1st. The hands-free feature he said they did not allow us to set up during test drive, so didn't try. However when we got home, he tried, only to find out it DID"NT actually have hands-free (Dodge put the option in their cars but not the equipment for some models, $350 on average to get it put in, which he needed for work and was why we liked the car). So ok, that was 1st issue, 2nd was the following day, his change oil light came on, so took it to get look at. Needed an oil change. ok..so 3rd..less than 5000 miles after driving, noticed a lot of break dust and some squeaking, so took to get check.. GUESS WHAT IT NEEDED??? Well he tried a few times to contact the sales guy, never got a return call, even went into dealership, and kept getting run around. SO another huge issue...which I know, we should have checked what we signed and read it better, but was tired, exhausted, kids frustrated, and trusted the guy we talked to (our mistake). We somehow finance $12,243.65....Tried so many times to get any of these things looked at our fixed, but never got the help...he ended up leaving town for a few months and came back, tried again and unfortunately we had to "bite the bullet" so to speak on it. At one point the did offer a "free oil change for this".... I will never recommend or go back here, EVER. So disappointed to be the "sucker" for a dealership we trusted cause of previous reviews. just disappointed to know they took advantage of us being to trusting. Lesson learned on our part about doing business in general, but never will we go back or recommend this dealership cause of OUR experience, regardless of the good ones...the bad is the bad.. More

He did not push me into buying anything....he gave me all the information/options I needed to make a good decision. The finance person, Darek Harris, also went above and beyond helping me. Not only did he explain all my options and what all I was signing, but he helped me get the paperwork ready that I will need to get my refund for GAP and extended warranty from my traded-in vehicle. I've even been back a couple of times since my purchase and all the emplyees that were there, were very helpful in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to all. More

Unbelievably EASY I called them about my 3rd party approval loan but they told me that they can beat that offer or even better help me out to get a better deal so I wen I called them about my 3rd party approval loan but they told me that they can beat that offer or even better help me out to get a better deal so I went and was greeted by Andrew Biegalski and I told him exactly what I want to happen which is 0 down with about 250-300 monthly payment with my not so perfect credit and he responded "I can help you with that" so I test drive the car that I like came back and he hop on the paper works and sure enough few minutes later he told me that I got the deal that I wanted and after that Darek ( Dutch ) made sure I have the best warranty I could have on my Jeep. I was amazed how easy that was I literally went to Mike Shaw Dealership and about an hour later I'm driving my new car without spending a dime. Most smooth transaction I ever had in car buying and I'm glad I gave them a chance to help me out. More
