Terrible, check engine light came on the day I bought the truck, went back to get it fixed and they broke another piece while doing the work. They then ordered the wrong part that took 4 days to get. The trucks ac didn’t even blow cold and I asked the saleswoman to negotiate getting it fixed as part of the sale. Told me she forgot and was too scared to go back and ask. Got the runaround on the phone for 4 days as it was in the shop, no offer of a loaner. By the time I finally got a hold of someone that could help, my truck was conveniently fixed and I went on my way. I would NEVER go back here. Still don’t have my title either, a month later… More

I felt the trade in was a fair price and the finance meeting went good. I was disappointed in that my sale associate did not know the truck and its features very well. Not a huge deal. the main disco meeting went good. I was disappointed in that my sale associate did not know the truck and its features very well. Not a huge deal. the main discouragement I had was that I only went in that week because it was an "anniversary" sale price of $5,000 discount. However, when they presented the final price, the anniversary sale was "overlooked" on their end. It left me feeling a bit deceived and wondering what else I didn't know about that I paid more for. The people are very nice but I would recommend doing all your research before going in. More
