I arrive 15 minutes early and signed in with the service representative. He messed up signing me in and after waiting one hour and 15 minutes I asked at what point were we in getting the oil change done. Th representative. They realized that nothing had been done and that nothing nobody even noticed that. So they finally try to get me in and get it done and wasted a whole extra hour of my time. Was not happy with that.
