The service adviser told me they could fix the problem while the vehicle was there for service and that it would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. The scheduled service was performed and the recall problem was fixed and all was done in the 1 1/2 hours. That is customer service! More

AC stopped working-refrigerant recharged My Canyon's AC which is under warranty had stopped functioning due to a refrigerant leak. System had been recharged approx. a year prior. Eric and An I would like to thank Eric Bates and Anthony Benson for their professionalism and expertise in servicing my family's vehicles since 1996. Eric and Anthony are honest and very experienced. I trust them with all of our GMC vehicles. In fact, my family has purchased eight GMC vehicles from Mike Shaw due primarily to Eric and Anthony and the Service Department. Prior to 1996, a local Chevy dealer did our vehicle maintenance. However, the Chevy service advisors were dishonest and were constantly trying to sell vehicle services that weren't needed. Eric and Anthony and the Mike Shaw Service Department including the Parts Department are very honest and knowledgable. I have since always recommended Mike Shaw Service and Parts Departments to my associates. Again, I would like to thank Eric Bates and Anthony Benson for their expertise, integrity, and professionalism. More
