Horrible service I recently found out there was a recall on my 2003 saturn ion. Mike shaw Buick gmc was the place I could go get my car services at. I look it in for t I recently found out there was a recall on my 2003 saturn ion. Mike shaw Buick gmc was the place I could go get my car services at. I look it in for the appointment at 10:00 and they said it would take 3 hours max.... It took over 5. Soon after receiving my car I got a call from the dealership saying they couldn't unlock my car and I must have given them the wrong key. I let them know that it's the key I use everyday and I've never had a problem with the locks. Well come to find out later that night when I got out of school they actually broke the lock on my drivers side door. Not only that but now the back end of my car is covered in scratches that were not there until I picked up my car. When I called to talk to them about it they started yelling at me and told me it's my problem and that they refuse to fix it. I can't afford to fix it because I'm a struggling college student. Absolute horrible service and they won't even take responsibility for breaking my locks. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

Service visit This was my first visit after buy a used Buick from my Father in Law. I was well received and all questions were explained and even more information. Since they know the history I was able to have work done that had been missed. The car runs great now with extra zip and milage. I also returned to my car and found they had washed it for me! Great! The popcorn was good too!! More
Mike Shaw's Service department helped me with warranty and extended warranty work on my 2010 Chevy Traverse. Once again, I made my appointment this morning at 8:00 a.m. and was greeted by Eric to work on my hub bearing. The atmosphere was fresh & friendly as I made my way into the waiting room passing up the a.m. and was greeted by Eric to work on my hub bearing. The atmosphere was fresh & friendly as I made my way into the waiting room passing up the table of coffee and donuts. There in the waiting room I was met by Eric to discuss the work on my vehicle as he arranged for the shuttle to take me home where I waited for repairs to finish. Joe, in his usual friendly and entertaining conversation took me home and back to pick up my vehicle when repairs were done. I also found out Joe prepares food for the team of salesmen and ladies working long hours on Saturdays as I have had the most fortunate opportunity to share helpings of Joe's wonderful Saturday hospitality and home cooked meals. Wow, a company who not only caters to valued customers by for its hard working employees too (May I get a job there too?):) One thing is certain, Mike Shaw takes good care of its employees so they in turn will take special care of its customers! I honestly LOVE the courtesy and friendliness received at Mike Shaw service dept. today. Eric Bates & service team handled my vehicle for inspection and oil-change without a problem. In fact, the work done today was covered under the warranty which we covered at time of purchase. I was consistently kept up-to-date with the vehicle's progress and to my surprise taken from and to my house by the dealer's shuttle service who was driven by Joe Brady happen to be quite nice and friendly. The women at the front desk were also very thoughtful and polite to offer coffee and donuts while briefly waiting for disposition! I am TOTALLY satisfied --> Thank You Mike Shaw! Annie Archie More

When I turned my truck in I was told that I could not wait, that they would not look at it until late in the afternoon. Why lie to me when the appointment was made, just tell me the truth, I had other things planned for the afternoon, because of what I had been told (that I could wait,repair in a couple of hours). This is not the way to keep a customer happy with your service dept. I also told the advisor that I had planned on looking at a new truck,while waiting, He told I could spend my time anyway I wanted. His remark should have been--Sir let me get a salesman for you and then I will see what I can do to get your vehicle repaired--but I guess service personnel do not care about your sales dept. So I did not look at your new trucks and if I do look it will not be there..If service does not care about Sales then Sales does not care about service, and that is a leadership problem that will aways hurting the customer (ME)....
