I explained my problem with my 2015 Ford Transit and was given a complimentary shuttle to my hotel all in less then 10 minutes. It was a smooth, professional and stress free experience. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday and on Monday I was called with a diagnosis of the problem and estimate of the repair cost and had my vehicle back by Monday evening. I was extremely impressed and very happy with the level of service and turn around time with my truck as it is a work van and down time without is costs me money. I work all over the country it, my 2015 Ford Transit and have dealt with many Ford dealerships with varying degrees of service, and let me just say Alton Blakey was by far the best experience I’ve had.
